Que cette année vous apporte à toutes et à tous, ainsi qu’à vos proches, santé, épanouissement et réussite tant sur le plan personnel que professionnel.
En cette période de renouveau, je souhaite également exprimer ma gratitude pour votre engagement et votre confiance renouvelée envers notre syndicat. L’année écoulée a été marquée par des défis importants pour l’ensemble des salariés du CEA, de l’Andra et de l’IRSN, devenue ASNR. Votre mobilisation et votre solidarité ont permis de franchir ces étapes avec force et détermination.
À l’aube de 2025, nous avons plus que jamais besoin d’une vision claire et ambitieuse pour nos institutions. C’est pourquoi je plaide, au nom de notre syndicat, pour la mise en place d’une véritable politique salariale qui reconnaisse et valorise pleinement l’implication et les compétences des salariés. Nos métiers, nos expertises, doivent être au cœur des préoccupations des directions. Il est impératif de rompre avec les logiques de gel et de stagnation pour offrir des perspectives motivantes à chacun. Par ailleurs, la définition de budgets solides et pérennes est essentielle pour faire vivre et développer les programmes qui font la richesse de nos organismes. Les projets de recherche, d’innovation et de développement nécessitent des moyens à la hauteur de nos ambitions. C’est une condition sine qua non pour garantir la pérennité et l’excellence de nos missions.
Enfin, il est crucial que nous nous engagions collectivement vers une politique RSE (Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises) ambitieuse. Les enjeux climatiques, sociaux et éthiques doivent guider nos choix et nos actions. Nos instituts ont un rôle clé à jouer dans la construction d’un avenir plus durable et plus équitable. Ensemble, faisons de 2025 une année de progrès et d’initiatives responsables.
